Every call starts warm.
A natural greeting with your restaurant’s name, ready to help with hours, menu questions, and what comes next.
A friendlier front line for your phone. Meet the AI receptionist concept built to answer questions, help with pickup orders, and give your team room to breathe.
“Thanks for calling!
What sounds good today?”
Made for the moments
your hands are full.
From the dinner rush to one more question about the menu, here’s how we’re designing a calmer way to answer.
A natural greeting with your restaurant’s name, ready to help with hours, menu questions, and what comes next.
The proposed pickup flow gathers items and preferences, then reads the order back so guests can check it.
Some questions need a person. A planned human handoff keeps your team in the conversation when it matters.
Planned product experience. Ordering and handoff workflows still require validation before a live pilot.
Try a few moments from a restaurant’s day. See how a friendly call could become a clear pickup request, a useful answer, or a handoff to the team.
Scripted text simulation. No microphone, calls, or orders.
A focused idea for independent restaurants: more attention for your guests, and fewer phone interruptions for your people.
Planned answers based on restaurant-approved details, with a path to a person when a question needs care.
Multilingual conversations are on the roadmap, with supported languages to be confirmed during pilot testing.
Concurrent call handling is a planned capability, designed around those moments when everyone calls at once.
A human handoff is central to the concept. Your restaurant would define when the team should step in.
We’re shaping HelloRightAway around real restaurant needs. This proposed pilot is a starting point for the conversation.
A starting point for a friendlier phone experience.
Pricing hypothesis only. No purchase, subscription, enrollment, or commitment is available through this prototype.
An honest look at what’s being designed and what still needs to be tested.
This is a website concept preview for exploring the brand and product idea. The demonstrations are scripted. Live calling, order fulfillment, and integrations are not active here.
The desired pilot flow is to gather and confirm a pickup order, with the guest paying at the restaurant. The order-routing and restaurant-confirmation workflow must be validated before a real pilot. No payment details are collected here.
Integrations are being evaluated, not offered as working features. Square’s native unpaid-order route is currently blocked. Toast and Clover require access and testing. Compatibility will need to be confirmed restaurant by restaurant.
The proposed MVP would direct guests to the restaurant’s existing DoorDash storefront for delivery. A DoorDash Drive integration is not part of this prototype.
That is part of the planned experience. Questions that need a person would be handed to the restaurant team. Handoff behavior, availability, and fallback instructions need live testing before launch.
